The Legend of Zelda: Link

Link, Legend of Zelda
Challenge: Spiky hair and hat. Pretty happy with the way it turned out.

so silly of me to think that was enough for this project

I always begin every model in segments of five base pieces

Then combine them together to create the ring

    1. hello hello,
no problem, feel free to make your own Link (as long as you credit me if you put it up online)
i can't exactly tell you how many pieces i made, it was all trial and error for me
but i can say, it was about 30 pieces for the base for the head and the body was about 15-20 pieces
      hope it helps a bit

    1. i use regular printer paper from walmart, michael's, and target
      ex: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Wausau-Paper-Astrobrights-Colored-Paper-24lb-8-1-2-x-11-Lift-Off-Lemon-500-Sheets-Ream/15117954

    2. Thanks! Sorry I just have one more question. What color paper did you use for Link's skin?

    3. Sorry I just thought of another question. How many pieces do you cut your paper into?

    4. For the skin, I used a peach-ish color (hope that make sense)
and as to how many pieces, i would say approximately 15?
      the dimensions i use are 1.5" x 2.75"

      hope this helps!
